A new theory says that fox has the footage for the batman series, and Warner holds the trademarks, therefor we cant get a DVD release because Warner are blocking it. Much in the same way that Fox are holding the watchmen. Well I really hope that the theory is correct, because Adam west IS Batman, and yes a real joker too.
